Cultivating Objective:  This module focuses mainly on food logistics. Students are nurtured by a strong theory foundation as well as their ability to manage advance food distribution system. Students must have knowledge on food engineering, chemistry, microbiology, and management studies, fundamental of economics and informatics science as well as ability to cope with current food distribution.

Main Courses: Food Chemistry, Principle of Food Engineering, Principle and Technology of Refrigeration and Freeze Storage, Thermal Engineering,Supply Chain Management, Food Logistics and Information Technology, Principle of Management, Systemic Engineering, Economic Technology, Fundamental of Machinery Design, Electrical and Electronics, Food Logistics, Freight or Cargo Transportation and Distribution.
