Cultivating Objectives:This major equips students with systemic basic theories of management and Economics and relevant food science knowledge, the basic method and skills of food economic management so that they can become versatile advanced specialists able to engage in micro-and macro-management of food economy in industrial and commercial enterprises, and foreign trade companies as well as related administration department.
